Students are able to: 

PO 1 Ability to apply knowledge of mathematics, science and engineering in the solution of Civil Engineering problems.

PO 2 Ability to identify, formulate, analyze and solve Civil Engineering problems.

PO 3 Ability to analyze and design engineering structures.

PO 4 Ability to simulate conditions acting on engineering structures in laboratory and design and conduct experiments to analyze and interpret data.

PEO 1.To equip students with sound knowledge of core subjects so that they are able to pursue higher studies and take up challenges of research and development.

PEO 2 To impart in-depth knowledge of Civil Engineering system that encourages them to develop techniques in professional career.

Program Specific Outcomes (PSOs):

The Graduates are:

PSO 1 Should be able to clearly understand the concepts and applications in the field of Surveying, Reinforced Concrete design, Design of steel Structures, Structural analysis.

PSO 2 Should be able to associate the learning from the courses related to Environmental Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, Geotechnical Engineering & Transportation engineering to arrive at solutions to real world problems

PSO 3 Should have the capability to comprehend the technological advancements in the usage of modern design tools to analyze and design subsystems/processes for a variety of applications.

PSO 3 Should have the capability to comprehend the technological advancements in the usage of modern design methods to analyze and design various structures.

PSO 4 Should posses the skills to communicate in both oral and written forms, the work already done and the future plans with necessary road maps, demonstrating the practice of professional ethics and the concerns for societal and environmental wellbeing.
